Warranty

Our products are guaranteed against defects in craftsmanship and material. Our warranty does not cover neglect or mistreated leather.

We use full grain leather which means our hides come with all of the natural scars and marks. These natural subtleties show the true beauty in each individual piece.

Proper care is important to the longevity of leather. Please, maintain your leather goods. We do not warranty items that have not been properly taken care of.

How Long Will my Leather Product Last?

We use high quality and hand selected hides for our products.

Each item is handcrafted and we do not cut corners. We understand the importance of doing a thorough job. We won’t sell an item we personally would not work our own dogs in.

We believe our collars, harnesses, and leads should last a lifetime. Your lifetime, your dogs lifetime, everyones lifetime.

Leather has a natural “break-in” period. When you first receive your collar, lead, or harness, it may feel stiff and even a little uncomfortable. Like a good pair of boots, once broken in you will never want to use anything but leather equipment again.

We understand the drastic price difference in leather collars and leads compared to nylon and other materials. We believe you get what you pay for when it comes to leather goods.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do not have a standard option for international shipping at checkout. Please reach out for a quote if you are outside of the United States.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on custom made equipment. Because of this, it’s important to select the correct size at check out. We do not assume responsibility for incorrect measurements.
